This Privacy Policy applies to the QryptoNEW iOS application and its market-data services. QryptoNEW provides informational market research, charts, news, and simulated scenarios. It does not provide personalized investment advice.
By using the app, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Information involved
Information you provide
The app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, telephone number, postal address, payment details, or government identifier. Values entered into the simulation tools are used to calculate scenarios on your device.
Information stored on your device
QryptoNEW may store limited preferences and operational state, such as pinned markets and timestamps needed to maintain app functionality. This information is stored using iOS local storage and is not used to build an advertising profile. You can remove it by deleting the app.
Network and service information
When the app requests public market data, the service infrastructure may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, request time, requested endpoint, response status, and ordinary network headers. This information is necessary to deliver and secure the service. We do not use it for cross-app tracking.
3. How information is used
Limited information may be used to:
- deliver market quotes, charts, research indicators, and news requested by the app;
- remember local preferences and maintain continuity;
- protect the app and services from abuse, fraud, security threats, and outages;
- diagnose reliability issues and improve service performance; and
- meet legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent when the law requires it.
5. Retention and security
On-device preferences remain until you clear or remove the app. Server security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified according to operational policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and to appeal or complain to a data-protection authority.
Because the app does not require an account, we may need limited information to verify and locate records connected with a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
California residents may request information about collection, use, and disclosure and may request deletion or correction as provided by law. QryptoNEW does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Children
QryptoNEW is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
8. International use
The app and its service providers may operate in countries other than your own. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use legally recognized safeguards when required. Local laws in the destination country may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, security practices, or app operations. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-app or service notice when required.
